Bench press session 10, 8, 6
Bench press with pause Rack up 4 holder up+3 72.5, 77.5, 82.5kg
Kettle clean and press 20kg, short rest between first second set 24kg 2 on left needed leg assist, messed up earlier rep and tired that side
Incline press 45 degree rack up 8 start at bottom of press 60, 62.5, 65kg
Dips on suspension trainer 10, 8, 4.5

  1. 3rd set 4th left rep kettle ended up being pushed not so much up as up and back. Being far too stupid to simply come back down and start a fresh rep I pushed through it and got the rep. Cost was that there was virtually nothing left in my left shoulder for the other two so they had a bit of leg help.
