Bench 02-Feb-2014

More super slow and now with full set of exercises. Bit heavy on isolation but, makes a change.

Flat back bench 3 x 8 x 40kg
Incline below horizontal flyers holding plates weight is per plate 3 x 8 x 10 kg
High Side raises with plates held by handle to put maximal weight furthest from body 3 x 8 x 5kg a side
Tricep push downs with narrow bar 3 x 8 x 20kg
