More slow movement. Not getting any easier.
Squats 1 x 10 x 50kg, 3 x 8 x 70kg
High bar drop lunges 3 x 10 x 50kg. Realised 5 + 5 is not 8, so have been recording this wrong. Doh!
Leg extensions using suspension trainer 3 x 8 really surprised how intense that felt. Good stuff.
