Deadlift 13-Feb-2014
More slow but increased a few weights. There's a limit to pace.
Deadlift Half with gripz 3 x 8 x 80kg
Bent over row 3 x 8 x 60kg
Upright row 3 x 8 x 30kg
Twist curls with plates 3 x 8 x 10kg a side tried 15 didn't go well.
