Bench 21-Oct-2015

Last week of this block. Not a wonderful session, head was not in the room but it will do.

Bench press 10, 10, 8 x 70kg

Standing shoulder press with discs 10, 10, 5 x 16.25kg a side

Plyo push ups with clap, good height 3 x 10
