Deadlift 10-Oct-2013

More fun with fat gripz, this time with more focus on technique.

Deadlift
3 x 10 x 70kg
3.5 (one rep was failure half way up), 3, 4 with 100kg

Single arm deadlift
10, 6, 6 with 80kg + handle

Pull ups
6, 5, 4
