Warm up 3 x 10 x 40kg
1 x 92.5kg, 2 x 87.5kg, 4 x 82.5kg, 8 x 72.5kg, 12 x 62.5kg, 15 x 60kg
Standing shoulder press
55kg failed set, one attempt at shoulder press another at push press after it when dead from previous.
2 x 50kg, 4 x 45kg, 8 x 40kg last set took the last out of me, the way to end a session.
Happy with that got my intended target bench weight. Try 95 again next time, should get it.
