Squats 28-Aug-2013

That was all there was in this session. Front squats didn't happen due to time constraints. Happy with squats though, felt like hell on all but warm up sets, perfect.

Squats
Warm up 3 x 10 x 70kg
With wraps 1 x 170kg, 2 x 160kg
Without wraps 4 x 145kg, 8 x 130kg, 12 x 115kg, 15 x 100kg

As someone never happy with my endurance I was pleased with 15 at 100kg, but I was sure dead after it, so recovery is still rubbish.
