Squats 21-Aug-2013

Finally had enough health and time to do most of a session. Stopped short as crossed medication time. Weight training and neuro-inhibitors not a good mix, strange proof that I must be using my brains while training.

Squats
Warm up 3 x 10 x 70kg
With wraps 1 x 160kg, 2 x 150kg Dropped weight back down due to week out. Felt really safe so back up next week.
Without wraps 4 x 140kg, 8 x 125kg, 10 x 70kg
