Decided moderation be dawmed and started at my previous 1 rep weight. There was definately a stop, not a pause as should have been but a stop none the less without any hint of momentum assitting the up. Because this wasn't great I used a lower 2 rep and that was easier than it should have been, every other set was maxed out on the last one.

Sets 1 x 92.5kg, 2 x 82.5kg, 4 x 77.5kg, 8 x 72.5kg, 12 x 67.5kg 15 x 62.5g
Standing shoulder press
1 x 52.5kg, 2 x 50kg, 4 x 45kg, 8 x 40kg
