Deadlift 22-Aug-2013

Erred slightly on the side of caution weight wise. Think hurtign myself earlier in the year has messed with my head a bit so increases will be slower than I like.
But hey it was deadlifts and they were all good ones, safe and the session was last night and I ache like hell now. Happy bunny.

Deadlift
Warm up 3 x 10 x 70kg
Sets 1 x 160kg, 2 x 150kg, 4 x 135kg, 8 x 120kg, 12 x 105kg, 15 x 90kg
Pull ups
Attempt at BW + 50kg no perceivable movement
1 x BW + 35kg pull ups are sometimes called chins due to getting chin to bar, this would have been a nose, maybe lip at best.
2 x BW + 25kg, 4 x BW + 15kg, 8 x BW + 5kg

End of this I knew I had trained. Sat down in time for my wife and son to arrive, my son was full of energy and entusiasm, so I smiled genuinely and showed energy I didn't really have.
