Running 13-Aug-2013

Well today I found out how I would be able to run if I wasn't doing squats and deadlifts. Still quite hot and humid, head a bit fuzzy enabling me to virtually ignore that. Not 100% co-ordinated hence not willing to risk squats last night but a reasonable run, best one form this particular office anyway.

5.4 miles in 41:25 pace 7.82mph

Realising the unrealistic goal of 8mph with the heavy lifting could be a far stretch, will still be trying for it though.
