Bench with fat gripz
Warm up 3 x 10 x 40kg
Sets 2 x 10 x 60kg 1 x 8 x 60kg
These really are starting to come together and feel more natural. Still really bizaree and hitting areas I wouldn't expect from bench but getting used to them.
Press flyes with walk handles
6, 8, 6 with 15kg a side + handles
Kettlebell clean and press with gripz
1 x 10 x 16kg 2 x 10 x 20kg
Really was toast at the end and feeling the aches more than last week.
