Squats 23-Sep-2013

Squats
Warm up 3 x 10 x 70kg
Sets 2 x 10 x 120kg, 1 x 8 x 120kg, body wanted to stop at 6 but I convinced it to man up.
Farmers walk
Really need to measure up the section I am using not sure if it's 15 or 20 metres and would be good to know.
4 x there and back with turn x 40kg a side plus handles.
Lunges
3 x 10 x 20kg a side plus handles.

Felt thoroughly dead at the end of this and aching nicely today. Will be running in about an hour, can tell this will be a good one, not.
