Squats 16-Sep-2013

Training on the right day, how did that happen?

Squats
Warm up 3 x 10 x 70kg
Training weight 3 x 10 x 110kg needs to increase next time. Could have done this time but after week off decided to wuss out.
Farmers walk turns. Raining out and the turns are where I really strugle so set up to do this indoors 3 paces turn then repeat. 3 sets with 50kg on each handle. Not as easy as it may appear.
Lunges. Tried this with fat grips but the additional thickness of the handles without the grips made them ridiculous and I ended up missing reps on sets 1 and 2 so ditched them for the last.
20kg a side, sets of 9,8 and 10

Learning curve at the moment, as this will be for a few weeks. Good fun though.
