A session so good it took 2 days to get around ot dioing it and another 2 to log it.
This is of course nonesense. The delay doing it was due to outside factors far more important and logging late was due to being a lazy fart.

3 x 3 x 90kg Really wanted to do a forth each time but on third I knew it wasn't going ot happen.
Single arm deadlift with walk handle, weight without
2 x 10 x 70kg 1 x 8 x 80kg felt as if I should have stopped at 6, glad I didn't
Wide grip pull ups with fat grips
3 x 4 each set had a pause at 2 but I got all of them.
