Well last week was be annoyed at myself for not hitting targets week. This week is get a grip and accept that I am actually doing well week. Have a planned week off weights next week, will likely do some running and general messing around but not much else, and this wekk will be about ensuring I am not injured for that. Won't be impressive, but sometimes it's good to give yourself some slack and stop going til failure. We'll see how well I stick to it, I managed it for the first run.
