Squat session 03-Sep-2013

Well this was supposed to be the last week on current session but due to presence of new toys I am changing early and having some playtime.

Squats
Warm up 1 x 10 x 70kg. Would be more but sweated up getting stuff ready
3 x 10 x 110kg
Farmers walk 20 metre stretch carry turns
6 with 20kg + handles, 2 x 4 with 30kg + handles
Lunges
3 x 10 with 10kg + handles
