Well I went sensible and did 72.5 for 6. Realistically that was my limit, but I will try more on earlier sets next time.
Bench press
15 x 45kg, 12 x 55kg, 10 x 65kg, 8 x 70kg,6 x 72.5kg
Shoulder press 30kg fast target 60 reps
18, 12, 12, 10, 8
