  1. Those knee wraps are a fun time. I've only worn them once. Felt like everything below the knee was going to suffocate and fall off.

Have you had any success getting back onto the forum?

  2. No luck getting back on. Admins have contacted saying some of us were being put into a trust group. Not sure what we have been trusted to do, but apparently posting and messaging aren't among them. I notice you are doing a Jake by being 2.0.
I have damaged my knees a few times and can only get the depth by either going really light or wearing wraps. Trick is put them on just before you start and take them off as soon as done. I have seen some trying to wear them then psyche up etc. by the time they start they have papa smurf's calves. They are good though and I like the fact I can still squat heavy despite past stupidity.

    1. I've never actually seen Jake2.0, but I have heard of it. I've sent some emails back and forth with the forum staff and they said somethng similar to me about trusted groups. They've finally got my regular account working again, so I've logged back in with that and have successfully posted again. So I figured I'd check if you've had similar luck.

I like my knee sleeves. Not nearly as tight as knee wraps, but they give a little bit of support. I'm hoping that my use of them will prevent some injuries down the line. I suspect that one of these days I'll get myself into some wraps again, but I'm not looking forward to the day in which this seems like a good idea.

    2. Very much a case of if you need them, use them, if not don't.
I like to have functional strenght, meaning it has to be useful outside of the gym, hence not using virtually anything I cant replicated or replace. Squats is the one exception where I can't avoid it and still get depth.
Other than this my assisting kit is literally a chalk ball.

I will try the forum again. What's the worst than can happen?
