Squats parrelel with knee wraps rack down 4 catchers down 6 140, 145, 152.5kg 5.5 last set, 6 was down only
Front Squats 85, 90, 102.5kg
Step forward lunges holding weights 30kg a side 35 2sets of 5
Parallel squat jumps 70, 80, 90kg

  2. I agree. The down, push up, still going down sensation is wonderful. Glad the rack was only a few inches below the bottom of my movement.
