Made a bit of a change this time as of second set of deadlifts rather than holding consistently then re gripping I put the bar fully down release slightly then lift again.
Deadlift with fat grpz
3 x 10 x 80kg
High pulls with fat grips on bosu
3 x 10 50kg 1st set 55kg 2nd & 3rd
Seated row wide grip no lean forward today
10, 6, 8 x 90kg
